Christ is Coming
As Believers we must not forget that this world is not our home. We, amidst the troubles of this world, look for the Blessed Hope, the second Coming of our Lord and Saviour. That is why we are "Adventists".
“Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,” 2 Peter 3:11 KJV. Soon we will be living in a heavenly environment.
Stewardship of Our Environment
As we await His coming, we celebrate His gift of our environment.
1. Admire and appreciate the beauty of nature .
2. Attend to, and keep the church environment clean, not seeing such as a task solely for deacons and deaconesses.
3. Donate needed flowers to the church if possible.
4. Teach children about general environmental health best practices.
5. Examine your worship environment to see if it depicts reverence.
