All the Family in Mission 2024!
This year, the Inter-American Division of Seventh-day Adventists presents "All the Family in Mission" as our evangelistic initiative. In preparation for the season of reaping on Sabbath, September 28, 2024, all churches within the East Jamaica Conference will engage in two weeks of evangelism starting Sabbath, September 14, 2024. We encourage every church member to actively participate in local campaigns and community outreach efforts. Let us unite in prayer for this initiative, praying that many souls will be brought to Christ.
EJC 80th Anniversary Celebrations
As we anticipate the grand culmination of our 80th Anniversary celebrations from December 13-22, 2024, we invite each member to join the mission as we prepare to rejoice together in December! In support of our special fundraising initiative, we aim to raise one hundred million dollars for Christian education.
These funds will be allocated to:
- - Providing scholarships for students in need
- - Upgrading our classrooms to smart classrooms equipped with the latest digital technology, age-appropriate and comfortable furniture, adequate spacing, proper lighting, and ventilation
- - Enhancing our science and technology labs to meet 21st-century learning standards
- - Contributing to the construction of a new block of 8 classrooms
- - Advancing teacher development to align with current educational requirements
- - Contributing to land purchases for school relocation

EJC Constituency Meeting
All churches are reminded to select their delegates and submit their names to the Secretariat for the Constituency Meeting, scheduled for Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the Kencot SDA Church, starting at 10:00 a.m. We anticipate a grand occasion as we celebrate God’s faithfulness and guidance thus far!
